Terms of Service

Your agreement with Multiflows

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Multiflows platform, including the web application at app.multiflows.ai, the API at api.multiflows.ai, and all associated services ("the Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Multiflows on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.

Who can use Multiflows

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be using the Platform for legitimate B2B business purposes only
• Have a valid invitation code issued by a Multiflows administrator
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization

Multiflows is a B2B platform and is not available for consumer, personal, or non-commercial use. Access is gated by invitation code and is not open to the general public.

Your account and credentials

Account Creation

You must provide a valid company name, website URL, email address, and password at registration. Your invitation code is tied to your account and cannot be transferred. Accounts are per-organization — sharing credentials across multiple unrelated companies is not permitted.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@multiflows.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

API Credentials

The Platform requires you to provide API keys for third-party services (OpenAI, Apollo.io) and to connect email accounts via OAuth. You represent that you have the authority to provide these credentials and that doing so does not violate the terms of those third-party providers.

Account Accuracy

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Accounts with materially false information may be suspended or terminated without notice.

What the Platform provides

Multiflows provides an AI-powered B2B outbound sales platform that automates prospect research, email outreach, reply handling, and AE preparation. The Platform operates through automated AI workflows — outputs are generated by AI and should be reviewed before business-critical use.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform during your subscription term, solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Platform Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavor to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

How you may and may not use the Platform

Permitted Use

The Platform is designed for legitimate B2B outbound sales and prospecting activities, including researching potential business clients, sending personalized outreach emails, managing sales sequences, and preparing sales teams for meetings.

Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform for any of the following:

• Sending unsolicited commercial email in violation of applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR
• Targeting individuals who have opted out of or unsubscribed from commercial email communications
• Sending to consumer email addresses for B2C purposes — the Platform is B2B only
• Harassment, threats, or communications designed to intimidate or harm recipients
• Impersonating another company or individual in outreach communications
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Platform beyond your own account data
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform
• Circumventing authentication, rate limits, or security controls
• Using the Platform to process or target individuals in jurisdictions where you lack legal authority to do so
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt Platform functionality
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform's email features complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions you target. This includes but is not limited to CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU/EEA), and any other applicable data protection or anti-spam legislation.

You represent that you have a legitimate business basis for contacting the prospects in your campaigns and that your outreach is B2B in nature.

Ownership and responsibility for your data

You retain all ownership rights to data you bring to or create within the Platform, including prospect records, email content, ICP profiles, Drive documents, and campaign data ("Your Data"). These Terms do not transfer ownership of Your Data to us.

By using the Platform, you grant Multiflows a limited license to access, process, and store Your Data solely to the extent necessary to operate and provide the Platform to you.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all prospect data used in your campaigns
• Ensuring you have a lawful basis to process and contact the individuals and companies in your outreach lists
• Honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests from recipients
• Ensuring all documents synced via Drive RAG Sync are owned by you or you have rights to use them
• The content of all emails sent through the Platform, whether AI-drafted or manually written

Multiflows is a tool. We are not responsible for the consequences of how you use it.

Third-party integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Apollo.io, Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook), Pinecone, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those respective services.

• You must comply with OpenAI's usage policies when using their API through the Platform
• You must comply with Apollo's terms of service when using their enrichment data through the Platform
• Google and Microsoft OAuth connections are governed by their respective developer and user terms

Multiflows is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Disruptions to third-party services may affect Platform functionality, and we are not liable for such disruptions.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Subscription

Access to Multiflows is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription tiers, pricing, and included features are as described on the Pricing page at multiflows.ai/pricing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fees.

No Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Overdue Accounts

If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period, account access may be suspended until payment is resolved. Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 60 days may be permanently deleted.

Who owns what

Multiflows IP

The Platform, including its software, workflows, AI models, design, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Multiflows and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Platform.

Your IP

You own your data, your ICP profiles, your email templates, your company knowledge base, and any content you create or bring to the Platform. AI-generated outputs produced from your inputs (email drafts, dossiers, research) are delivered to you for your use — Multiflows does not claim ownership of those outputs.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant Multiflows a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Platform. We are not obligated to act on feedback.

Warranty disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times
• AI-generated content (email drafts, research, prospect scores) will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use
• The Platform will achieve specific sales outcomes or business results
• Prospect data obtained via Apollo enrichment will be accurate or current
• Email deliverability rates will meet any particular threshold

Limits on our liability to you

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MULTIFLOWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MULTIFLOWS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Specific Exclusions

We are specifically not liable for:

• Consequences of sending AI-generated emails you did not review before sending
• Regulatory fines or legal claims arising from your email outreach activities
• Damage to your sending domain reputation due to outreach practices
• Actions taken by recipients of emails sent through the Platform
• Third-party service disruptions (OpenAI, Apollo, Google, Microsoft) that affect Platform functionality
• Loss of data due to your failure to export or back up your campaign data

Your responsibility to indemnify us

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Multiflows and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Your email outreach activities, including any CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or other anti-spam or data protection violations
• Your prospect data, including any claims that it was obtained or used unlawfully
• Content you create, send, or publish using the Platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

Ending the relationship

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact us at hello@multiflows.ai to initiate account closure.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform:

• Immediately and without notice for material violations of the Acceptable Use Policy
• With 14 days' notice for non-material violations that you fail to cure after notification
• With 30 days' notice if we discontinue the Platform or a material feature
• After a grace period for non-payment of subscription fees

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases immediately. Your data is retained for 30 days following termination, during which time you may request an export. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

Resolving disagreements

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, we both agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Contact us at legal@multiflows.ai with a written description of the issue. We will respond within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the matter within 60 days, either party may pursue formal remedies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Multiflows operates.

No Class Actions

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes with Multiflows on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Multiflows.

How we update these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.

For material changes — those that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your account before the effective date.
